How do I set up the Animatiq™ Smart Pet Feeder?
Setup takes less than 5 minutes. Simply download the Animatiq™ app, plug in the feeder, connect it to your home Wi-Fi, and follow the in-app instructions. You'll be scheduling meals and monitoring your pet in no time.
Can I use the feeder if I don't have Wi-Fi?
The Animatiq™ feeder requires a Wi-Fi connection to access live camera monitoring, voice features, and remote scheduling. However, any feeding schedules already set will continue to run even if the connection is temporarily lost.
What type of pet food can I use?
The Animatiq™ feeder is designed for dry kibble and pellet-style pet food. We recommend using kibble between 2mm–15mm in size for optimal dispensing. Wet food, treats, or irregularly shaped food is not recommended.
